I'm very excited because tomorrow I'll be doing the first of my monthly broadcasts as Radio Phonic FM's life coach!
The topic I intend to talk about, (anything can happen on live radio ... so hold onto your hats!), is how to feel worthy! I hear so many people say, "What me? Nah ... I could never ..." and then their dreams die on the vine.
I'm intending to inspire listeners to realise they could have so much more and get so much more from life, so please do listen in!
If you're not in the Exeter area, you can listen online. Just go to

If you do want to tune your radio, you'll find the programme on 106.8FM, but only in the Exeter area!
I'm the guest on the Carl Munson show, which goes out between 9a.m. and 12 noon BST. My spot will be around 10.30, but do listen to the whole show if you can!
